Why Reurbanization?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Beyond trends and individual projects, reurbanization is a bold architectural statement on how we repair the urban fabric: density, mixed-use, mobility, public space, and accessibility. It is social, ecological, and deeply operational. In an era of climate pressure, housing crises, and infrastructure that lags behind our needs, how can architects restore scale, resilience, and the public interest to design.<\/h4>\n
