Every man-client is unique, so every design is a story for itself. This apartment was specially designed according to the wishes, dreams and needs of the client. What should be emphasized as the main goal is creating a spacious and functional space that will exude style. Connecting simplicity and luxury, functionality and prestige. Merge to the look of incompatible.

The apartment was conceived as the antipode to the bustling city life because the client wanted to have his own small oasis in the middle of the city bustle, where he would be able to relax and find his peace.

In the hallway, living room, dining room and kitchen, natural materials and neutral colors were used to create a bright, peaceful space that exudes comfort.
The apartment is expressed by the dichotomy of warm minimalism and style of the modern age. By using only two primary materials, the effect of sophistication and comfort is achieved. The interior is dominated by warm tones of veneered surfaces. Opposite them are granite ceramics and walls-ceilings painted in white, which give the feeling of bigger- higher space.

For the design of the floors, which is modern and yet resists time, the French style parquet was chosen. Opposite the parquet appears a modernly treated lower molding, which is retracted into the plane of the wall. White granite ceramics were used in the bathroom.

The ceiling is simple and it is dominated by recessed lights – plaster rosettes that are drowned into the plane of the ceiling. Next to them they were used reflectors with 3cm built-in rails, creating sophisticated lines across the ceiling. Contrast to the whiteness are the black lamps above the island and the dining table.

Built-in furniture between the structural elements and installation blocks makes the walls flat and the rooms clearly defined. The complete furniture is made of veneered panels – bleached oak. The kitchen is characterized by clean lines and an extremely interesting design solution. The island, the “stone block” dominates the kitchen and creates a sense of luxury while the large granite slabs give the kitchen sophistication and timeless elegance.

The piece of furniture was chosen to reflect comfort, coziness and peace. It is functional and minimalist, but with a sufficient dose of the desired warmth and comfort offered by Serbian furniture manufacturers, using soft finishes of leather, textiles and wood. A light gray sofa is set in front of a large window covered with transparent, white curtains. Contrast to the entire interior are the dark blue chairs.
